Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital products and the limited capacity of our consulting and coaching services, all sales are final. Please review course descriptions and product offerings carefully prior to purchase to ensure it is the right fit for you.

Policy Specifications

Details of our refund and cancellation policy are outlined below:

Online Courses & Digital Products 

Due to the digital format of our courses, guides, and templates, funds are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.  Please review the course curriculum and descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure it is the right fit for your needs.

1-on-1 Coaching & Consulting Sessions

All 1-on-1 consulting and coaching packages are non-refundable.  If the client cancels or terminates this agreement, the client will not be refunded.  

Missed coaching sessions or No Shows will be charged the agreed full service fee - No make-up session is allowed. However, the client always has the option to book a brand new session at the listed service fees at anytime.

Cancellation Policy/Exceptions:  To be respectful of our coaching teams, other clients and for optimal scheduling for all we understand that life happens and provide the following exceptions:

 

Partial Refunds:  If the Client cancels or terminates this Agreement 72 hours or more prior to the first session, the Client will be refunded 50% of the agreed fees charged.


Full Refunds:  If the Client cancels this Agreement 7 business days or more prior to the first session, the Client will be refunded 100% of the fees charged.

No Show Policy:  Clients are responsible for showing up. If they miss a session, they’re not entitled to a refund, credit, or substitute meeting.

Group Coaching & Consulting Sessions

All Group coaching and consulting packages/sessions are non-refundable.

If the client cancels or terminates this agreement, the client will not be refunded.  Missed coaching/consulting sessions or No Shows will be charged the agreed full service fee.  Missed sessions cannot be substituted in another category as a "make-up" session.  (A client cannot miss a call today and expect it  to be credited to another future call.  If you missed 1 session in a 5 session program, you cannot expect the missed session to be applied to a future session. Client has only 4 sessions).

However, the client always has the option to book a brand new session at the listed service fees at anytime.   Our team is happy to work with you  on a reasonable arrangement.
